Inside Story: Very good in Infrastructure and awesome maintainance. Food is very nice. When you enter the campus you will have the feeling of being in London or a clean Enland city. But on other hand very very very STRICT. Very stingent and strict rules. Should follow. Students are treated like slaves if students deny to follow the rules and regulations. Below is a list of good and bad things in the college.
Best things in the Campus:
- Great Infrastructure, as I mentioned above. No doubt in that.
- Very good food. Clean and hygenic and almost good in taste. 3 Days non veg(includes chicken, briyani, fish fries, ice creams, sweets) and 2 Days veg(normal sadam with rasam, moore and vadai). Vegeterians get veg briyani and mushroom fry and Banana every day. In short best for food. Every thing will be available from morning tea, coffee to breakfast to lunch.
- Very good maintainance, lawn greenery, clean campus walk throughs, clean water facility and most important the bathrooms are cleaned 3 times in a day.
- Labs will be very spacious. Almost AC. All latest equipments will be available.
- Nearly 100 buses operated in and around Chennai.
- Fair placement oppertunities.
- Long study holidays. Nearly one Month.
- REST ROOM: Big boon. If you feel dizzy or tired or sick or dont want attend the class just write a letter and give it to block supervisor and you can bunk and take rest as long as you want even the whole day.
- Audio Visual halls which are good relief to boring theory classes.
- One time fee payement of 85000 INR. Includes tuition fee, mess fee, transportaion fee.
Worst part of the Campus:
- Very stingent and strict rules.
- Some of common rules that has to be followed inside the Campus are : boys and girls shouldn't talk inside the campus, no cell phones or ipods or any electronic devices inside the campus, should be clean shaved No beard is allowed to grow, no hair coloring, in essence NO STYLE.
- No canteen, only Mess.
- No private vehicles allowed, all students should communicate only through College Bus.
- 50% staff only good.
- Special classes in the evening after 3.30 for 1 hour for failures in internal and university exams.
- Semester holidays are shorten by 2 weeks atleast.
- There will be attenders watching you all the time for rules and regulation followation.
- Cannot bunk classes. No never.
- Around 4-8 days are only given as holidays in whole semester.
- Even National Holidays are working days.
